Cancellation and Reschedule Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we provide the best service to all our clients, please follow our policy:

  1. Booking Requirement: To book an appointment in advance, we require a card on file. Alternatively, if you prefer not to provide card information, a $100 deposit is required.
  2. Prepaid Services: If you have a prepaid service, you may be exempt from providing a card on file or deposit. However, if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the prepaid service will be redeemed.
  3. Deposit Information: If you choose to pay the $100 deposit, please note that this deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
  4. Notice Requirement: To avoid additional charges, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
  5. Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a non-refundable fee of $100 will be charged to the card on file.
  6. Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
  7. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Escape Spa in cases of emergencies or unforeseen situations.

Gift Card and Package Policy:

Gift Cards:

  1. Gift cards issued by Escape Spa are valid for redemption towards full-priced services only.
  2. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase discounted services, packages, or products unless otherwise specified.
  3. Gift cards have no expiration date and are non-refundable.
  4. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced, so please treat them like cash.
  5. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment for gratuities.

Packages:

  1. Packages purchased from Escape Spa are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Refunds for packages after 30-days of purchase, will be issued in the form of store credit and can be used towards any service or product offered by Escape Spa.
  3. Unused portions of packages are non-refundable after the 30-day refund period has elapsed.
  4. Packages may be subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of purchase.

By purchasing or using gift cards and packages from Escape Spa you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies. Sexual Harassment Policy: Escape is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all employees, clients, and visitors.
